The 15-passenger, Ram 350 van rolled over, roof crushed, seat belts failed and passengers were ejected, resulting in multiple deaths and serious injuries.

Case against Ford Motor Co. and the rental car agency that rented a 15-passenger van to a church group traveling from Southern California to Northern California for a church function. The15-passenger, F350 van rolled over, roof crushed, seat belts failed and the passengers were ejected, resulting in multiple deaths and serious injuries.

Case against General Motors for the death of an adult daughter killed when the roof of a Chevrolet pickup crushed during a rollover accident in Mexico.

Case against Ford Motor Co. and TRW, the maker of a failed seatbelt. A child was paralyzed and eventually died as a result of a three-vehicle collision involving two Ford Explorers. Both Explorers rolled over, a seat belt failed (false latching) and the roof crushed in one of the Explorers, injuring the driver. This case included two negligence claims, one against U-Haul, which rented the truck that caused the accident, and one against the driver of the U-Haul truck.
